Mule
The mule is common amongst servants and entourage for a rich knight. It is a cross between a male donkey (jack) and a female horse (mare) Sometimes a “mule” is a derogatory term for a child born of a low class male, with a high class lady. The mule is known for it’s stubbornness and great balance.
You would not dare to ride a mule, it’s beneath you, but they are good for your servants.
A mule costs 100d in the country, or 80d in a city.
