The Aegis

The Aegis is an ancient bronze shield carrying the Lambda symbol of the Tarren family. The shield was gifted to Maelgwyn by the late lord of the island of Wight before his demise. It's is said that the shield never breaks or buckles if used to defends ones liege lord or country.

Rules

When used to protect or fight for a sworn lord and with a successful Homage or Fealty roll the shield becomes unbreakable and its protective value is doubled.
