Bran’s Hill hundred was granted to Salisbury as part of the original Honour of Sarum Upon the Rock. This hundred stretches along the king’s road leading west from Sarum, north of the road and across the Wylye river. It’s fertile farmland make it one of the richer hundreds of Salisbury. The hundred court is held at Eaglehill. This hundred contains the market town of Floodriver.
